Job Description:

• Performs detailed mapping on client’s business process.
• Champion and deploys business process improvement using company’s methodologies and toolsets.
• Identifies business process improvement opportunities, analyzes possible root causes and recommends pain point solutions.

• Initiates and facilitates internal and client team meetings.
• Conducts basic business process workshop with internal operations and clients.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management and other related courses.
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Industrial Engineer is a plus.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and/or operations processes.
• Has a good knowledge in creating basic diagram and process flow chart.
• Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented, deadline driven, organized and able to handle multiple projects.
• Has a good knowledge in Process Improvement Techniques (Six Sigma / Kaizen) and Data Analytics.

• Sets up and supervises the month-end closing procedures.
• Supervises the accounting processors to ensure completeness and accuracy of recording financial transactions.
• Closely coordinates with Management Accountant on providing data needed for Management Reports and Dashboards.
• Reviews the works of his subordinates.
• Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
• Facilitates and organizes programs to motivate the team and encourage exemplary performance.
• Establishes the team’s goals, objectives, and target deadlines on client deliverables.
• Conducts weekly team meetings.
• Communicates updates, feedbacks, and status thru account meetings and Opcom.
• Cascades internal memorandum and policies to the respective team.
• Handles personal issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, tardiness and other.

Job Qualifications:

• Willing to work in Valenzuela (Karuhatan Road, Valenzuela)
• A Certified Public Accountant
• Preferably with work experience in automotive repair services or automotive manufacturing, logistics, trucking, and the likes.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of meaningful experiences in financial reporting
• Sound financial reporting and analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in other Microsoft applications such as Word, Powerpoint, etc.
• Keen to details.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills 

• Oversees the overall work performance of Accounting Analysts.
• Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
• Assists the Account Manager in client assessment and engagement planning.
• Facilitates and organizes programs to motivate the team and encourage exemplary performance.
• Establishes the team’s goals, objectives, and target deadlines on client deliverables.
• Communicates client updates, feedbacks and status thru account meetings and
  Opcom.
• Cascades internal memorandum and policies to the respective team.
• Handles concerns relating to overall performance of his/her staff.
• Prepares monthly internal team operational dashboard and performance analysis
• Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting
• A Certified Public Accountant is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting.
• At least 2 years of work experience in people management.

Job Qualifications:
-Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any related course from a reputable University
-With at least 5 years of experience in the same position
-Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu City
-Progressive, ambitious and can work in a high growth, innovative, technologically cutting-edge livestock business
-Experience in farm or livestock raising is a plus
-Detail-oriented and organized, and have strong mathematical and analytical skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, works well with people with positive work attitude
-Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow projections
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Powerpoint
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge in Accounting software system is an advantage
